Come and meet their popular school mascot Sandy the Seal on a tour of the school, reception, and nursery areas.
Children can experience the Sandylands way by visiting the mini role-play Toy Town village and ‘driving’ around in style in their own push-along toy car- so no worries about tired legs or getting bored!
Meet the friendly team of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and primary teachers, including nursery lead Pippa Day, the inclusion team and experienced head teacher Allison Hickson. Feel the 'buzz' as you walk around school.
With the same individual focus, family feel, and creative approaches to learning under the school motto 'Where Learning is for Life', why not take your first steps along your child’s learning ‘journey’ from Seahorses Nursery right through to being high school ready in Year Six.
For the last 18 years, since the head teacher joined Sandylands, the school has been consistently graded 'Good' in OFSTED from nursery to Year 6.
