"It's been a great journey, I've enjoyed it, I've met a lot of good people in Lancaster and helped quite a lot of people find accommodation for students," said Matt Wiggins, owner.

"We were the first student letting agent to have an office and website in Lancaster and we've got some other innovative ideas coming out over the next 12-18 months that will keep us at the forefront of the property sector for students here in Lancaster."
