An Asian food supermarket is set to open in the former River Island in Lancaster city centre.
Work is taking place inside the new 'Taste the Orient' supermarket at 33-35 Penny Street ahead of its opening soon.
The convenience store, specialising in Asian products, will be the ninth 'Taste the Orient' to open in the UK.
It will sell fresh food, drinks and alcohol, cooking sauces, snacks, frozen foods, kitchen products and more.
A sign in the window says the premises licence applicants are Guo Brothers UK Ltd, based in Leeds.
The River Island store closed in September.
