A new Italian restaurant in Morecambe town centre has opened its doors.
Miaitalia welcomed customers for the first time to its new Queen Street pizzeria on Thursday night.
The new restaurant will be open from Thursdays to Sundays for dining in and takeaway.
Owner David Waddington also runs the nearby mia.mio gelato cafe.
Mr Waddington decided to relocate Miaitalia from its previous home in Bolton-le-Sands as the restaurant was no longer viable in the village.
