Musician Dermot Kennedy has been announced for a special gig in Lancaster.
The Irish singer-songwriter will perform an acoustic set, and take part on a question and answer event, at Lancaster Town Hall on Saturday, March 28.
The gig is in support of his new album 'The Weight of the Woods', which is out the day before, and is presented by Jacaranda Records.
Tickets are on sale on Wednesday (February 25) from Skiddle.
Dermot Kennedy, who has 1.1 million followers on Instagram, is an Irish singer-songwriter from Rathcoole, Dublin, known for his raw, soulful vocals that blend acoustic folk with hip-hop beats.
After years of busking and studying music, he broke through with hits like 'Power Over Me' and UK Top 10 smash 'Outnumbered', leading to his chart-topping 2019 debut album, 'Without Fear'. He also reached the UK Top 5 with 'Paradise', his 2020 collaboration with Meduza.
