Rock band Massive Wagons have released their first live album and it's already storming up the charts.
'Live at the Great Hall' was at number 21 in the midweek UK album charts which the band said was "mind blowing".
The album was recorded at a gig at The Great Hall, Lancaster University, where the band played a series of shows in September 2025
The Great Hall is famed for appearances by some of the legends of rock in the '60s, '70s and '80s, including The Who, Queen, and Paul McCartney and Wings.

"To see our Live album make #21 in the official UK midweek chart is mind blowing," said a post on the Massive Wagons Facebook page.
"All the bands who have influenced us the most along the way have all put out pivotal live albums in their time… so not only to see rock music, but a live rock album, our live rock album gracing the Official UK Charts feels like a real achievement…so thanks as always to everyone who supports us and the music we make."
Massive Wagons' most recent studio album 'Earth to Grace' was released in 2024 and reached number four in the UK Album Charts.
Their previous album 'Triggered' reached number six in the UK Album Charts in 2022.
'House of Noise' reached number nine in 2020 and prior to that, 'Full Nelson' made number 16 in 2018.
Massive Wagons' members are lead singer Baz Mills, Adam Thistlethwaite, Stevie Holl, Adam Bouskill and Alex Thistlethwaite.
They will be going out on a UK tour later this month, called 'Everywhere we Go', playing dates in Norwich, Leicester, Holmfirth, Aberdeen, Middlesbrough, Hull, Margate, Exeter and Gloucester.
The band played in session live in the Beyond Radio studio last August.
