Police are investigating an assault at Lancaster Bus Station.
A police spokesperson said there had been a report of an assault on Monday evening and more details are to come.
Bus operators Stagecoach said on Tuesday morning that "due to a police incident on Lancaster Bus Station, stands 1-3 and 19 and 20 are at present closed.
"Entrance to the bus station is only accessible from Cable Street end of the station. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause."
The entrance and stands were open again later on Tuesday morning.
