Morecambe boxer Owen Kirk says he's "the strongest he's ever been" ahead of his rescheduled fight this Saturday night (October 8).
'The Captain' is set to face Jake Bray at Doncaster Racecourse, in a rematch from Kirk's only professional loss.
Owen was on the wrong end of a close decision defeat to Bray back in April, in a fight many believed he won.
The talented middleweight was due to rematch with Bray in Blackpool on September 10 but the contest was postponed due to the period of mourning for Her Majesty the Queen.
Now the Morecambe professional, whose record stands at 3 wins and 1 defeat, has to face Yorkshireman Bray on his own patch, but is up for the challenge after a great training camp.
Owen's fight will be live streamed on the VIP Boxing YouTube channel. He is due to fight at around 9.20pm on Saturday night.
World heavyweight champion Tyson Fury's brother Roman Fury will also appear on the card.
