Morecambe FC announce new stadium sponsorship is ‘largest naming rights deal’ in their history

Morecambe Football Club say they’ve secured the largest stadium naming rights deal in their history.

The Shrimps will play at the newly renamed Halo Aerospace Stadium next season, after a previous partnership with Mazuma Mobile came to an end.

This new stadium naming rights partnership with Halo Aerospace marks another significant milestone in the long-standing relationship between the two organisations, with the company sponsoring the home terrace at the venue over the last few seasons, which will remain in place for the 2026/27 campaign.

The club’s Head of Commercial, Martin Thomas, said: “This agreement is another fantastic step forward in what has become a brilliant relationship with Graham and everyone at Halo Aerospace.

“From the very beginning, they’ve shared our vision for the future of Morecambe Football Club and have continually demonstrated their commitment to helping us grow both on and off the pitch.”

“The strongest partnerships are built on trust, shared values and a genuine desire to support one another, and that’s exactly what we’ve developed together over the years.

‘’To now see Halo Aerospace become our stadium naming rights partner is something we’re incredibly proud of and we’re excited to continue building on this partnership for many years to come.”

Graham Knowles of Halo Aerospace added: “Our relationship with Morecambe FC has gone from strength to strength over recent seasons and taking on the stadium naming rights felt like the natural next step for us.

"We are excited to work with the club and can see real value in what its owners are seeking to build in the future. Their vision is good for the town and we are proud to be onboard.

"The football club plays an incredibly important role within the community and shares many of the values that are central to our business, including ambition, resilience and striving for excellence.

‘’We’re proud to strengthen our commitment through this partnership and look forward to supporting the club as it continues its journey.”

Steve Dewsnip, Morecambe’s Chief Operating Officer, said: “We are very pleased to be able to enhance the valued relationship we have with Halo Aerospace with this stadium naming rights partnership.

"We have been very busy in recent months streamlining our operation to position it for future growth as we implement the exciting long-term vision that the club’s owners have had since they rescued the business 10 months ago.

"As more and more partners like Halo Aerospace, together with our loyal fans, players and staff continue to want to be a part of this exciting journey, we look forward to the good times returning to Morecambe.”
