Morecambe will begin their EFL Trophy campaign at home against a young Liverpool side.
The Shrimps will entertain the Premier League club's youngsters on Tuesday September 19, kick off 7pm.
Morecambe's other group games in the EFL Trophy have also been confirmed.
The League Two side will play Barrow on Tuesday, October 10 (7pm kick-off) and then go away to Blackpool on Tuesday November 14 (7pm kick-off).
The top two teams in the group will progress to the next round.
