
Welsh midfielder, George Thomas has become the latest addition to the Shrimps.
The 28-year-old started his career at Coventry City, graduating from their academy to their first team in 2014 and went on to make 42 appearances for the Sky Blues.
After spells at Yeovil Town, Leicester City, Scunthorpe United and ADO Den Haag, Thomas made the permanent move to Queens Park Rangers, where he gained valuable experience competing in the EFL Championship.
The midfielder went on to join Cambridge United in League One, and after impressing on an initial six-month contract, he signed a two-year contract extension.
Thomas, who has earned three full caps for Wales, has accrued almost 200 appearances across the Championship, League One and League Two during his career.
