A man has died following a collision on the A590 in South Cumbria.
Police are investigating the fatal road traffic collision, which happened at Gilpin Bridge yesterday morning (January 2) at around 9am.
The collision involved a Jaguar car and a delivery van.
The driver of the Jaguar, a man in his 20s from the Leicestershire area, died following the collision.
The driver of the van was uninjured.
The road was closed for nine hours following the incident for investigation work.
