Arsenal football legend Paul Merson is coming to Lancaster Grand Theatre next year to tell all about his career.
‘An Evening with Paul Merson’, hosted by ex-Gunners teammate Perry Groves, comes to the venue on March 26, 2025.
The evening will include a Q&A session as ‘Merse’, now most often seen on Sky Sports’ football coverage, talks about a playing career that spanned 21 years.
The former forward and attacking midfielder will also open up about his struggles off the pitch and battle with addictions, as well as talking about his current role at Sky.
Merson began his playing career at Arsenal and spent the majority of his career there, making 417 appearances and scoring 99 goals, before moving to Middlesbrough for a season.
A five-season spell at Aston Villa followed, then a season at Portsmouth, before he finished his career at Walsall, where he was also the manager from 2004 to 2006.
Tickets are available now from the Grand Theatre box office and website.
