One of dance music's best known DJs will headline a 35th anniversary night in Morecambe after surviving a horrific car crash.
Rob Tissera is back behind the decks just a few weeks after he was injured in a motorway pile-up which left him with a broken spine and his car a wreck.
The top-selling hard house DJ and producer said he was "eternally grateful" to have survived the smash on the M62 in April.
He will headline the 35th anniversary of SHoKK WaVe on Saturday June 21 at Alhambra Live in Morecambe.
"I've had so many people getting in contact with me, I've literally had thousands of messages," said Rob, in a recent interview on the 'One More Tune' YouTube show.
"I'm feeling loads better now. My back still has a couple of tiny broken bones in it but they are knitting together really well.
"Apart from that, everything else has healed up really really well."
On Facebook, Tissera posted on April 7: "I don't wanna scare anyone but I had a nasty accident yesterday.
"I was involved in a pile up on the M62.

"Broken my spine at the base and my feet are badly bruised. I've also got a few broken knuckles and very badly bruised ribs and chest.
"It was pretty horrendous but on the upside, I'm alive and I don't have any head injuries.
"I'm counting my blessings that I've walked away from this and I want to thank the paramedics (Sam, Sophie, Matt and Chez) and the nurses and doctors at Huddersfield and my wife Anna. They really are angels and heroes.
"I'm in a lot of pain but I should fully recover. Thank God for airbags and and seat belts."
The DJ and producer has played the biggest club nights and festivals on the planet and has put on some magical nights of his own as a successful promoter while also forging a career as a successful radio DJ on Kiss FM, Galaxy and even performed an Essential Selection on Radio 1.
Over the 35 years of his career, his work has encompassed old skool house, acid house, hardcore, hard house, funky house and trance, which he has played out at Ark, Sundissential, Funkissential, Kissdafunk, Gatecrasher, Cream, Tidy Weekenders and many many more.
Rob has also released many records of his own under the names Quake, Circle City and Bobby Tee among others and has also mixed tracks for the likes of Faithless, BK, Armin van Buuren and many many more.
SHoKK WaVe was created by promoter Mal Green, with support in technical areas of sound and lighting from Kev Scanlan and Kieran McNamara.
Organised by Morecambe Dance Music Association, the event is described as a "night of hypnotic music and beats to get you in the mood to dance the summer solstice".
Since its inception in 1990, SHoKK welcomed crowds in their hundreds and thousands through the doors of the Carleton club (the former name of Alhambra Live) on Marine Road West.
