Lancaster's 'Master of the Macabre' will chill with tales of horror at a special Halloween event at a city cafe.
Horror writter AS Chambers will be at Pure Vegan on Thurnham Street for an evening of haunted happenings on October 31 from 5pm to 9pm.
He will tell stories of werewolves of Williamson Park, vexed vampires that can’t handle their booze and marauding mummies of Morecambe, from his books of horror, the Sam Spallucci Series as well as from other titles.
AS will also tell scary and sometimes humorous anecdotes about ghosty goings-on that have inspired him in Lancaster and further afield.
Admission is free but space is limited at this ticket-only event.
