An interactive story-telling experience, bringing the magic Christmas to life for all the family, comes to Williamson Park next month.
A Christmas Checklist, a production by Scenic Outdoor Theatre in partnership with Lancaster City Council, brings this family-friendly festive event to Lancaster this December.
The story sees Father Christmas busy getting ready for the big night, leaving Mrs Claus, Nutcracker, and the bright-white fairy to try and tick everything else off the Christmas ‘to do’ list.
The audience find out if the reindeer ready to fly, if the cookies decorated and ready to eat, and, will the snow, flake in time to create a white Christmas?
The production features a station to send off all those last-minute letters, baking cookies to leave out for Santa with Mrs Claus and her side-kick Elfie, creating the snow of the season and adding the final touches to the reindeers last supper before they take to the sky.
The show is an outdoor production, and so audiences are reminded that dressing for the weather is important.
Father Christmas will not be in attendance, but each child will decorate a Christmas cookie and receive a bag of reindeer food to take home.
A Christmas Checklist comes to Williamson Park on Saturday December 17 (four shows), Sunday December 18 (five shows), and Thursday December 22 (three shows).
