A new musical theatre group for young talent is set to go 'Into the Woods' for its first ever show.
Red Rose Rising will present its debut show 'Into the Woods Jnr' at the Nuffield Theatre at Lancaster University, starting on Wednesday April 15 with performances every day until April 18.
Ahead of the show, some of the cast joined director Victoria Muir in the Beyond Radio studio, where they also sang 'Children will Listen' - a song from the show!

The not-for-profit youth musical theatre group based in Lancaster and Morecambe, provides a fun, inclusive, and supportive space where young people aged 12-21 can grow in confidence, creativity, and community through the power of musical theatre.
Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine’s much-loved musical cleverly intertwines familiar fairy tales, following characters as they venture into the woods in search of their wishes, only to discover that 'happily ever after' is more complicated than it seems.
With humour, heart, and honesty, Into the Woods Jnr explores themes of responsibility, growing up, and the importance of working together.
Performances are every night at 7.30pm with an additional Saturday matinee at 2.30pm.
Tickets are available HERE.
