Morecambe Town Council is putting on a spooky Halloween event at the Arndale shopping centre.
The free event on Sunday October 30 will include a fancy dress competition, face painting, wizard and witches live theatre performances, and a 'meet the creatures' introduction to snakes, spiders, cockroaches and giant centipedes!
It runs from 11am to 4pm.
Live theatre performances are at 11am, noon, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm.
There will be a meet and greet with the actors in between performances.
The 'Halloween Spooktacular' is one of a programme of events being run by the town council this year.
Other events earlier this year included a dinosaur-themed weekend in February, a 'Spring into Morecambe' fireworks display and street market in March, the hugely popular Queen's Platinum Jubilee street party held on the Promenade in June, and the recent Morecambe in Bloom competition.
