Popular women's fashion retailer Bonmarche is set to open a new store in a Lancaster shopping centre.
The shop will open in Marketgate on September 11.
The unit had previously housed table tennis tables, used by the public.
Bonmarche has a store in Morecambe's Arndale Centre (below) which has been open for many years.

Amanda Waterfield, retail director of Bonmarche, said: "We are delighted to announce the opening of our brand-new Bonmarché store in the Marketgate Shopping Centre, Lancaster on Thursday 11th September.
"This store marks an exciting new chapter in our mission to bring stylish womenswear at exceptional value, paired with outstanding customer service, to high streets across the UK.
"This launch reflects our continued growth and passion for serving communities through accessible fashion and a warm, welcoming in-store experience.
"We’re proud to be supported by our brand ambassadors, TV presenter Lorraine Kelly and broadcaster Lisa Snowdon, who embody the spirit of the Bonmarché woman – confident, stylish, and inspiring.
"We can’t wait to welcome customers through our doors in Lancaster from 9am on Thursday 11th September and becoming part of this vibrant and growing retail community."
A grand opening will be held at 9am on September 11.
There will be 10 golden tickets worth £30 to find in-store, plus goodie bags for the first 30 customers.
