A family who have taken over a city centre pub say they are looking forward to welcoming customers for this weekend's Lancaster Music Festival.
The Study Room's new team includes mum Karen Costello and daughters Morgan and Caitlin.
Karen and her partner Chris Ballance also run the Greyhound at Halton.
The Study Room, owned by Heineken Star Pubs, first opened inside the former Nag's Head on Church Street in 2014 but was closed for several weeks before the new team took over.
A packed programme is planned for this weekend's Lancaster Music Festival, including The Crux on Friday; Jennie Wren, Mark McKenna, The Beets, the Panda Cups and DJ Raf on Saturday; and Matt and Jeff, Ashleigh Wood and Hush Party Band on Sunday.
Lancaster singer and entertainer Mark McKenna, who first ran the popular quiz night at the Study Room 10 years ago, will also be bringing back the popular quiz on Thursday nights.
Karen, who has also previously worked at The Canal Turn in Carnforth and the Redwell at Arkholme, said they were "very very excited" to take over the Study Room.
