A new restaurant specialising in a popular Japanese noodle dish will open in Lancaster city centre.
The eaterie - Tora Ramen - is set to open at 19 Dalton Square.
Tora Ramen's Google page describes it as "Lancaster’s new Japanese ramen restaurant".
"We serve authentic ramen bowls with rich tonkotsu, miso, shoyu, and vegan broths, fresh noodles, and delicious toppings.
"Our menu also includes Japanese small plates, gyoza, katsu, and tempura, perfect for sharing."
Ramen is a Japanese noodle soup dish consisting of wheat noodles in a broth, traditionally topped with ingredients like sliced pork, nori (dried seaweed), menma (bamboo shoots) and a soft-boiled egg.
