A new sandwich shop in Lancaster has opened its doors and one of its first customers was the city's MP.
Eat Munch is now open at 22 Scotforth Road in the premises formerly occupied by Hilltop Bakery.
Manager Sara Mount and the team had a lunchtime visit from Cat Smith, MP for Lancaster & Wyre, on their opening day of February 28.
Ms Smith said she was "delighted to get a butty - and some naughty cakes!"
She said "the tuna butty was incredible" and the "staff were all so friendly and lovely".
"It's always fantastic to see new businesses opening up," said Ms Smith.
Eat Much Lancaster posted: "Thank you so much for coming in to see us."
