One of Morecambe's oldest pubs will hold a grand reopening event following a major refurbishment.

The Chieftain will hold a reopening event on Friday November 29, the pub's Facebook page has confirmed.

The popular venue on Pedder Street in Morecambe town centre closed for a refurb on November 4.

The grand reopening will include music from Mark McKenna and Fuse, and DJ Kev. Singer Mark is due first on stage from 4pm.
