Carnforth singer gets call to support Lucy Spraggan on UK tour

Carnforth musician Molly Warburton is set to support popular singer-songwriter Lucy Spraggan on a major 20-date UK tour.

Molly Warburton will play on all dates of Spraggan's tour which starts in Aberdeen on Sunday April 26.

Last year Molly won a competition to support Lucy on shows in November 2025, and said she'd got the call to be invited back for all tour dates this year.

"OMG guyyyyyyys…..I’M GOING ON TOUR!!!" she posted on her Facebook page.

"The one and only @lspraggan called to ask if I’d join her on tour again in May and of course I said……YESSSSS!!! 

"I’ll be joining her on ALL the dates so…if you haven’t got your tickets then grab them QUICK cos most of the dates are already SOLD OUT!!!

"It’s gonna be insaneeee! See you there xx"

Lucy's tour dates

Lucy first shot to fame as a contestant on TV talent show The X Factor in 2012.

She has released eight studio albums including 'Other Sides of the Moon', a collection of some of her most popular songs reimagined as well as brand new songs, which came out last year.

Her songs include 'Tea and Toast', 'Last Night (Beer Fear)', 'Mountains', 'Lucky Stars', 'Unsinkable', 'Sober' with Robbie Williams and 'Stick the Kettle On' with Scouting for Girls.

Lucy has performed locally at Highest Point festival in Lancaster, and at the Lancaster Christmas Lights Switch On.

Molly has released numerous singles and EPs, with her most popular songs including 'Brick By Brick', 'Glow', 'Overdrive', 'Gold' and 'Whirlwind Weekend'.

She has performed regularly at Morecambe Music Festival and Lancaster Music Festival, as well as at Highest Point, Kendal Calling and in the Beyond Radio studio.

Her latest tune 'Hopelessly Addicted' was released earlier this year.

She will also perform a solo gig at 21 Soho Below in London on May 20.
