Lancaster singer-songwriter Amy Jo has announced a new summer tour, beginning at The Storey in July.
Amy Jo’s ‘Friends You Meet Along The Way’ tour begins in her home city of Lancaster on July 7, and will also feature North Lancashire musicians Harrison Rimmer, Brendan Cleary and Alexander Hulme.
An accomplished singer and songwriter, Amy Jo has performed at some prestigious venues, including Blackpool Winter Gardens, The Cavern Club, Settle Music Hall, KOKO, The Stables and The Brindley.
Since performing alongside Raye at KOKO to an audience comprised of legendary songwriters, such as Andrew Lloyd Webber and Don Black, Amy Jo won the Best Newcomer Award 2023 with Songs Behind the Music, gained over 150,000 streams on her debut EP ‘Songs from The Bay’ and booked a slot at the famous British Country Music Festival 2024.
As a skilled live performer, Amy Jo has joined The Christians for multiple shows across the UK, and supported Scouting For Girls, Heaven 17, Rick Astley and Stooshe, to name but a few.
