The circus which was stranded on Morecambe prom during lockdown has returned to the resort with a brand-new show.
Back in 2020, Big Kid Circus, which includes performers from Cuba, Russia, Romania, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Morocco, Chile, Bulgaria, and many more, was stranded in Morecambe after the UK went into restrictions when the Covid-19 pandemic hit.
After the community rallied round to help support them, they later returned to perform free shows as a thank you.
They’re now back in the resort this week, with the opportunity to see them perform their new show, Mayhem 2022, in the Big Top on Morecambe prom, from today (March 9th) through until Sunday 13th - and have again made some of the shows free as a further thank you to the community.
