A long-standing Heysham pub has closed and its owners said they "are reviewing all options" for its future.
The Cumberland View has shut after leaseholder David Hutton decided to leave the Heysham Road pub.
Mr Hutton told Beyond Radio that trade at the Cumberland hadn't been as good as expected, and he was leaving to focus on his other pubs the Joiners and the Pier Hotel in Morecambe town centre.
A spokesperson for the pub's owners Daniel Thwaites Ltd said: "We can confirm that the pub is currently closed, and we are reviewing all of our options.
"We will look to confirm our plans in the new year.
"Our customer, David Hutton, continues to operate The Joiners Arms very successfully, and we have a variety of other successfully and popular pubs in the area, including The George and The Royal at Heysham."
Mr Hutton took over the Cumberland View in summer 2023. It had been closed since late 2022 after the previous tenant retired.
