A new discount store is set to move into the former Poundland premises in a Lancaster shopping centre.
Work is taking place at the new One Beyond shop in St Nic's Arcades ahead of its planned opening later this month.
One Beyond was formerly known as One Below, and has stores all over the UK including in Fishergate in Preston.
The company is described as "The UK's newest and most exciting discount store...offering customers an irresistible shopping experience with amazing value products from £1."
A team from installation company Access Opening Systems are at work fitting out the new shop ahead of its opening.
Poundland moved out of the unit and relocated to Marketgate shopping centre in Lancaster in October 2023.
