Families are invited to run off Christmas dinner at an annual Festive Fun Run in Lancaster.
Lancaster & Morecambe Athletics Club is organising its popular 4K Christmas Festive Fun Run from its clubhouse at Salt Ayre Leisure Centre starting at 11am on Saturday December 27.
Families and fun runners, as well as more regular competitors, will take part - with a festive medal for all finishers.
All runners are welcome to run in fancy dress.
The entry fee is £7 plus £3 extra on the day.
The race has a limit of 250 runners, so organisers recommend registering in advance on the BookitZone website.
There will be a really great range of spot prizes on the day including lots of sponsored vouchers and prizes.
