A late Nic Evangelinos strike rescued Lancaster City a point at Workington.
The Dolly Blues' first away game of the Northern Premier League Premier Division season saw them go behind on 25 minutes after a volley from Ceiran Casson.
The home side enjoyed periods of pressure but City had their chances too, particularly from the lively Evangelinos.
And indeed it was Nic who struck in injury time, rifling a shot into the bottom corner to level the match at 1-1.
Chris Willcock's men will now travel to Blyth Spartans for their next league game on Saturday.
