Birchall was fighting on the undercard of Nick Ball's successful WBA World Featherweight Title defence against Ronny Rios at the M&S Bank Arena in Liverpool.
Afterwards Nelson told PunchOut Boxing: "I'm still looking very beautiful and that's all that matters!
"It's absolutely massive to be on these big shows. I've only just turned 20 last week. One day I'm going to be at the very top and headlining shows like this."
His younger brother Leighton is an amateur boxing standout and multi-time national champion. The teenager was recently victorious in the Male Youth 57kg category in the Haringey Box Cup at the iconic Alexandra Palace in London.
Older brother William captained the England junior team and won a European silver medal.
In 2019 all three brothers held national titles at the same time and all three Birchalls have won medals at international level.
All three brothers spoke to RingWalkMedia12 after Nelson's win on Saturday.
Nelson said: "We've got the Birchall Brothers, three world champions in the making!"
William said: "I thought Nelson boxed very well and it was a very mature performance. I'm his big brother and I'm always going to point a few things out. But he lives and breathes the sport, and he's got a lot more to come.
"Nelson has shown what we can all do. It's in the bloodline and we're coming for it all."
