Beleaguered Morecambe exited the FA Trophy after a 6-2 defeat to Kidderminster Harriers, in a night to forget for the Shrimps.
The fixture was Morecambe’s first game of 2026 due to recent postponements due to the weather, with the Shrimps handing starts to Admiral Muskwe up front on his return from injury and Archie Mair in goal, who came in for a rested Jamal Blackman.

The horror show began as early as the third minute, as Reece Devine's cross-shot from the left looped over everyone and nestled into the far corner.
The Shrimps then went on the front foot with a counter attack of their own in the 20th minute, Miguel Azeez found Ben Tollitt but his shot to the near post was well wide of the mark.
The hosts then scored again in the 23rd minute as Owen Evans whipped in a freekick on the edge of the area, which defender Emeka Obi bundled home for the Harriers, before moments later Toby Onanaye drove home after disposing a Morecambe defender on the edge of the area.
A penalty was awarded to Morecambe in the 31st minute after George Thomas was pulled back in the area, and Admiral Muskwe stepped up converted to reduce the arrears.
Morecambe then conceded twice in first half stoppage time. David Davis, who had already missed two excellent chances, slid in at the near post to convert a George Walker pull back, and then almost straight from the kick off the Shrimps lost possession again cheaply, allowing Ryley Reynolds to slot home for the fifth.
Kidderminster Harriers came out for the second half wanting more, and they did just that in the 51st minute, as a corner was nodded back across the sic yard area, and Paul Kalambayi was there at the back post to tap home.
Miguel Azeez managed to pulled one back for the Shrimps in the 84th minute with a looping effort from distance that beat Christian Dibble.
