Two people were treated for smoke ihalation after a fire at a house in Carnforth.
Two fire engines from Carnforth and Bolton-le-Sands were called to the property on Stanley Street at 11.11pm on Saturday.
A Lancashire Fire and Rescue spokesperson said the incident involved burning materials and a wood burner.
"Firefighters extinguished the fire using one hose reel jet," said the spokesperson.
"A positive pressure ventilation fan, gas monitor and small tools were also used at the scene.
"Two casualties were treated for smoke inhalation.
"Fire crews remained in attendance for one hour."
