Beyond Radio presenters will take part in a sponsored 10-mile walk to raise funds for 10 good causes as part of our 10th birthday celebrations.
The '10 for 10 Trek' on Sunday May 10, between our transmitter sites in Carnforth and Lancaster, is part of our 'Beyond Radio 10 for 10' celebratory year of events.
We are aiming to raise £1000 through JustGiving plus personal sponsorship money, which we will split between 10 local charities/community groups around the Lancaster and Morecambe Bay area.
"We hope you might be able to support us as we work to raise funds for some of those smaller local charities and community groups that a little bit of money could make a big difference to," said Duncan Moore, Head of Community Programming and Personnel at Beyond Radio.

We have chosen 10 special events in the Lancaster and Morecambe Bay community to be involved in this year to help celebrate our 10th birthday.
The first of these was our involvement in Lancaster's Big Spring Clean 2026 and the second was a live broadcast from Lancaster's first ever Unsigned Festival.
