Beyond Radio was delighted to support a quiz night to raise funds for North West Air Ambulance Charity.
The event, organised by Halton company Like Technologies and held at Lancaster Brewery on February 9, raised £2,322.25 for the charity to help them fly to save lives.
The quiz night was hosted by Beyond Radio's Greg Lambert with live music from singer Leah Silva, and was won by the SquizMasters from SQ Digital, who won tickets to the Brewery's Fruhlingsfest this weekend!
Like Technologies thanked Greg and Leah, and the people and businesses that donated raffle prizes.
North West Air Ambulance Charity receives no government or NHS funding and needs to raise over £9.5 million each year.
Their helicopters and response vehicles operate 365 days a year, with highly skilled specialist doctors and paramedics on board to provide enhanced pre-hospital care and hospital transfers to patients across the entire North-West - that’s 5,500 square miles with a population of over eight million people.
Here are some photos from the quiz night, courtesy of Like Technologies.
