A Lancaster high street pub is set to reopen as a new Irish bar.
Work is taking place at Molly O'Malleys, formerly The Crafty Scholar, at 33-37 Church Street ahead of its reopening this Friday (January 16).
Molly O'Malleys is described as "your go-to destination for authentic Irish charm, live entertainment, and an unforgettable atmosphere".
The new pub will have live music every weekend, a student night on Wednesdays, a pot luck pub quiz on Thursdays, and Paddyoke on Fridays.
Molly O'Malleys opened in the former Roper Hall on Friargate in Preston last year.

The premises in Lancaster has also been known as The Litten Tree and Yates's during its time as a pub.
A spokesperson for Stonegate Group said: "The Crafty Scholar is one of our leased and tenanted pubs. The site has been taken on by experienced publicans Paul Stray and David Brown, trading as Reblitz Ltd, who are relaunching it as Molly O’Malleys following a short refurbishment.
"Paul and David also operate a successful Molly O’Malleys in Preston and bring strong experience to the Lancaster venue.
"As this is a leased and tenanted pub, the publicans operate the business independently."
