Two people freed from car after road crash at Carnforth

Two people were freed from a car after a road crash at Carnforth.

Three fire engines from Carnforth, Lancaster and Bolton-le-Sands were called at 4.55pm on Saturday July 6 after the two-vehicle collision on Capernwray Road.

A spokesperson for Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service said: "Two casualties were extricated from a vehicle by fire service personnel.

"Firefighters remained at the scene for thirty-five minutes."

A spokesperson for Lancashire Police said it was a minor injury collision involving two cars.
