An event to improve bike security takes place in Lancaster next month.
Lancaster Neighbourhood Policing Team is holding a bike marking and crime prevention event on Wednesday February 18 between 2pm and 4pm at Salt Ayre Leisure Centre.
You can take your bike along and have it security marked for free.
A spokesperson said: ‘’You may have seen that the world famous cycling race, the Tour De France will be making its way through Lancaster next yea, as the event heads from Keswick to Liverpool.
‘’To get into the spirit of the event, Lancaster Neighbourhood Policing Team will be holding a number of bike marking and crime prevention events.
