Police had to close the Prom in Morecambe after a car pulling a trailer collided with a lamppost.
The incident happened on Marine Road East close to Happy Mount Park/Morecambe Golf Club on Sunday afternoon.
A spokesperson for Lancashire Police said they were called at 1pm following the collision.
He said there were no injuries, the collision was damage only, and the road was reopened by 3pm.
