Lancaster City boss Jimmy Marshall has been nominated for the Northern Premier League Premier Division’s September Manager of the Month award.
The Dolly Blues went unbeaten during the month and currently sit top of the division.
They started September with a 3-2 win at newly-relegated Rushall Olympic, before a dominant 2-0 win at home to Warrington Rylands.
Emphatic 3-1 wins at home to Ilkeston Town - which featured a stunning Sam Bailey goal from his own half - and away to Ashton United in dreadful conditions followed, before a 0-0 draw last weekend versus Guiseley.
The other three candidates are Michael Dunwell of Stockton Town, Daniel Moore of Hebburn Town and Russ Wilcox of Gainsborough Trinity.
