Dave Chisnall put on a five-star display in the Cazoo Masters after picking up a Player of the Year award.
The Morecambe darts ace trounced Martin Schindler 6-1 to reach the last 16 of the televised event in Milton Keynes.
Earlier Chizzy had received an award for PDC ProTour Player of the Year, in recognition of a sterling 2023 which saw him win three European Tour titles and two Players Championships to top the PDC ProTour Order of Merit.
The world championship quarter-finalist was in the mood to celebrate as he disposed of Schindler in fine style in Friday night's first round encounter, screened live on ITV4, averaging just shy of 110.
Chisnall now plays Danny Noppert from the Netherlands in today's last 16 clash.
