A pub landlord has spoken about his hopes for a new era on the quayside in Lancaster.
Liam Mulgrew has recently taken over the George and Dragon on St George's Quay alongside Aiste Bielyte.
Liam and Aiste took on the tenancy of the quayside pub on October 7.
Neighbouring pubs the Wagon and Horses, and The Three Mariners also have new people at the helm - as Claire Tomlinson has taken on the Three Mariners and Bill Johnston is now in charge at the Wagon.
Liam is hoping to work together with the other quayside pubs to make St George's Quay a great destination for a night out.

Liam, who previously managed the Blue Anchor at Bolton-le-Sands, said he is "loving" his first ever tenancy in charge of a pub.
"It does have quite a few challenges, but it's a lot of fun and it's been a dream of mine for the past 10 years," he said.
"I'm very lucky to have the support of Aiste. She helps a lot more than she'll give herself credit for, behind-the-scenes.
"The Quay has always had its own community to it which is something we're trying to build with the George and Dragon.
"Hopefully the three pubs can work together rather than compete. Each pub is different and unique in what we offer. If we all work together and get the Quay busy then we all benefit."
