Mr Blobby has made his return to Morecambe after almost 30 years!
Residents on Morecambe Promenade were shocked to see the pink-and-yellow TV legend walking along the seafront on Thursday.
Catherine Dunn, who met Mr Blobby and had a photo with him, said: "It’s not every day you see Mr Blobby strolling down the prom.
"Thought I was seeing things post night shift! Pity he wasn't carrying a charity bucket, he would have made a bomb today."
Catherine bumped into Blobby at Bare and then watched as he wobbled his way towards the town centre.

Mr Blobby, who became a star on Saturday night television show Noel's House Party, has a historic connection to Morecambe.
The children's favourite was the TV sidekick of presenter Noel Edmonds and enjoyed great popularity in the 1990s, even scoring the Christmas number one hit single in 1993.
Noel and Mr Blobby drew massive crowds to Morecambe when they switched on the town's Illuminations in 1993 and 1994.

But this led to the ill-fated Blobby-themed attraction 'Crinkley Bottom' in Happy Mount Park.
The kids' theme park was meant to be a game-changer for the town but instead was a flop and closed down after just a few short months in 1994 - in a huge controversy that was termed 'Blobbygate'.
Blobby hasn't shown his pink-and-yellow face in the town since but maybe it's time to let bygones be bygones!
The question is, who was behind the costume?
As it turns out, it was Morecambe Bay Academy student Jayden Hilton, who is making a horror movie about Mr Blobby with his friend Will Quail!
Jayden and Will were on the Prom on Thursday to begin filming.
