A fallen traffic light blocking a busy pavement in Lancaster city centre has been removed a week after a road crash.
The damaged traffic light was on Meeting House Lane near the junction with King Street, following the incident last weekend.
A Beyond Radio reporter reported it to Lancashire County Council after seeing it lying across the pavement, next to a fallen 'Road Closed' barrier this morning (February 20) .
When he returned this afternoon the traffic signal had been taken away.
Users of the Beyond Radio Facebook page told us it had also been reported previously.

A council spokesperson said: "We were not previously aware of the damaged traffic signal on Meeting House Lane in Lancaster, but once it was brought to our attention it was reported to our highways team.
"An emergency inspection will be carried out as soon as possible to make the area safe and assess the next steps.”
The pedestrian crossing outside the Royal Kings Arms Hotel is currently out of order. The traffic light opposite is working as normal.
