Tickets have sold out "quicker than ever" for a night of comedy with TV star Jon Richardson at the Winter Gardens in Morecambe.
The Lancaster stand-up comic will appear at the grand old theatre on Sunday August 27 in aid of St John's Hospice.
Tickets for the show went on sale on Wednesday and were snapped up almost immediately, said the hospice.
"They've sold quicker than ever!" said a post on the Lancaster hospice's Facebook page.
"There will be chances to win next week, so keep an eye out!"
The show is a special extra date on Jon’s nationwide ‘The Knitwit Tour' which was previewed when he appeared at the Lancaster Grand in 2022.
The event is sponsored by SQ Digital.
Jon, a former Ryelands Primary and Lancaster Royal Grammar school pupil, has appeared on hit shows including '8 out of 10 Cats Does Countdown', 'Jon Richardson:Ultimate Worrier' and ‘Meet The Richardsons’ alongside his wife, Lucy Beaumont.
He has performed regular shows in the Lancaster area over the past few years, including a 'Work in Progess' stand-up gig at the Grand Theatre last year, and charity comedy gigs at Morecambe Winter Gardens, including raising £25,000 for the hospice in 2019 at an event also featuring Sarah Millican, Gary Delaney, Lucy Beaumont and Matt Forde.
Previous Jon Richardson shows in Lancaster and Morecambe also sold out very quickly with huge queues for tickets.
