Two vintage and collectables fairs will take place at the Winter Gardens theatre in Morecambe on newly announced dates.
The first will be on Sunday November 29 2026 and the second on Saturday March 6 and Sunday March 7 2027.
The fairs are a curated event for genuine collectors and specialist dealers rather than a car boot sale, with traders invited from across Lancashire and Cumbria selling vintage books, antiques, special interest clothing and records.
Organisers Morecambe BID and The Winter Gardens announced a change from the originally scheduled dates following a scheduling clash at the venue. The November fair was originally planned for both November 28 and 29, and the March event was due to take place on March 13 and 14.
"We're sorry for any inconvenience this change causes, particularly to anyone who'd already planned to visit on the original dates," said John O'Neill, Morecambe BID manager.
"The Winter Gardens is a wonderful venue for this event, and we'd rather adjust the dates than compromise on it. We'd love to hear from traders interested in taking a stall at either fair."
The theatre will be open from 10am to 4pm at the events, with free admission, and The Winter Gardens café will be open throughout for drinks and food.
Stalls cost £20 — a flat rate whether trading the single day in November or both days of the March weekend.
Morecambe BID is continuing to recruit traders for both fairs, with stalls still available.
Anyone interested in trading should contact Dan, Morecambe BID Ambassador, at ambassador@morecambebid.org.uk.
