Roadworks begin later this week on a busy stretch of the A6 in Lancaster.
Work on upgrading the road surface begins on Friday (January 24), on the road between Scotforth Road and Greaves Road, to the junction with the Pointer roundabout.
The work will be carried out by Lancashire County Council and is scheduled to finish on January 31.
