Runners will be blindfolded when they take part in a fun run with a difference on Morecambe Promenade.
Participants will run in pairs with one blindfolded and the other guiding them along the 5km course from The Battery to the Stone Jetty and back.
The run is being held to raise awareness of sight loss and help a team of local runners - one of whom is registered blind - to take part in this year's London Marathon.
Kevin Crompton from Heysham will run the marathon through the streets of the capital for the second consecutive year to raise funds for Galloway's Society for the Blind.
Kevin will be joined by guide runner Ricki Boswell-Challand and Ricki's wife Dawn, from Middleton, and friend Joanne Roberts from Morecambe.
Here is Kevin pictured with his guide runner Catherine Procter after completing the London Marathon in 2022.

The fundraising fun run on Sunday February 19 has been organised by Dawn.
Kevin said: "The four of us applied for the London Marathon ballot, however, we weren't successful so we applied to run via a charity place and asked Galloways if we could run for them.
"So as part of our fundraiser we are holding a fun run with a difference.
"The runners will run in pairs covering two laps of 2.5km - one will be blindfolded with the other guiding them and they will run one lap then switch over.
"It is limited to 20 people and we have 10 people signed up already."
Anyone interested in taking part should contact Kevin or Ricki through Facebook.
