Celebrity auctioneer Paul Martin is coming to Lancaster next week as part of his new antiques TV show.
The Great Auction Showdown is filming an episode at Lancaster Castle next Friday and Saturday (April 14 and 15), with show producers calling on the public to visit with their collectables or items to be valued.
Collector, dealer and auctioneer Paul Martin has been in the antiques business for twenty five years.
Now he’s travelling across the country to pit his auctioneering skills against his biggest rivals in the ultimate battle of the gavels.
Every week, Paul will take on a new rival in their own backyard, as they gather antiques and collectables, over a series of daily challenges.
They’ll be testing their antique knowledge and deal making skills, before finally going head to head from the rostrum. Whoever sells their haul for the most money will be the showdown champion.
