A duck race at a waterside pub in Carnforth has raised more than £1367 for two local charities.
The event to raise funds for Team Reece children's cancer charity and St John's Hospice pulled a big crowd to the Canal Turn pub on Easter Sunday.
The result of the race of plastic ducks on Lancaster Canal was as follows:
Matey (first place), Sheba (second place) and Shakespeare (third place).
Live music came from Lancaster band Rock It Man.

Meanwhile Dinosaur Mike (Mike Jackson) provided entertainment for families with his dinosaur experience.

Speaking of dinosaurs, an inflatable T-Rex even joined in the fun by paddle boarding on the canal!

Bill Johnston from The Canal Turn said: "Many thanks if you came along and supported the day and selling out all the charity ducks - we hope you had a brilliant day.
"Special thanks to so many people and organisations that helped, before and on the day, and apologies if we've left anyone off: Bobby Mitchell, Kerris Mitchell and their army of volunteers including Dave Chambers for seamlessly pulling everything together - they do so much for local charities across the year - thank you. Mark Baines (SurfsaurasRex's Dad) for bringing him along plus all his canoeists, Dinosaur Mike, Darren Mills for his duck race commentary, Andy Slack, Rock It Man, Carnforth Fire Station, Danny Matthews and his Rock n Roll Bingo, Estrella Damm's outside bar.
"Lots of our regular customers also helped on the day from bottle bin turnarounds (Jamie Gott), on the morning preparations (Steve Cole), boat mooring clearance (Ernie Newhouse), glass-washer advice (Shamus Wyer) and there's many more.
"My biggest thanks go to all of the amazing staff including chefs, bar staff, kitchen porters and runners - you all did an amazing job over many hours under a lot of pressure with hardly a break at all - thanks so much and here's to the next one."
The event raised £1367.15 in total.
